Was worried I'd blow my knees out as I'm "getting older" so bought these and they really give me confidence whilst squatting etc. Comfy as long as you dont go too tight otherwise you start getting pins and needles. Really support the knees as you drop and pop back up. Easy to put on and take off and seem like they'll last a while.
