Q: How long approximately it keeps the drinks hot?

I think it will depend on on a few bits, temp of drink to start with if you have milk, the ambient temperature plus how you like to it drink. It works for me stays hot for 1.5hrs but still drinkable 2hrs plus. If longer time required 4+ hrs I use a different flask and then top this one up when needed

Q: Can you use this for fizzy drinks

I would assume not. Use the original container or if that’s too big to carry comfortably - I would choose another drink as the pressure from the fizzy drink whilst carrying it, may make the lid to pop off. This is just advice as I have never carried a fizzy drink in an insulated cup. Hope this helps.

Q: What is the exact diameter of the base of the cup at the bottom?

From outside of the mug it’s 7 cms. However, there is a rubber base on the mug which looks to be the interior measurement as well which is slightly smaller - 6 cms. Hope this helps 🤗

Q: Can you put it in a dishwasher?

No, handwash only. We do put the lid in the dishwasher as that's plastic but not the cup, it's easy to wash out.
