Very nice chess set for the cost, I bought it to replace a similar set I just gave to my Granddaughter. My only minor complaint is that I feel the board is slightly undersized especially for the pawns, other than that it’s great!

We were really please with this set! Bought for 14 year old son’s Christmas present. The colors of the set are so beautiful- dimensional and varied browns and greens and the white is very pure. The pieces are so heavy and cold to the touch making for a very textile experience while playing which is an unexpected pleasure. The game pieces and board came securely in styrofoam. I’ll be on the look look for some type of case for it. Highly recommend.
