Very comfortable. I would say true to size. I got a 2x I’m a curvy girl heavy on the bottom with a belly. I wear size 16 pants. This gives a comfortable hold. I would say if you want to bring the tummy in size down one. I will be purchasing a 1x for times I need an extra pull-in. You can see the stitching if your wear a thin outfit but it’s not bad at all.

230lb 5’6 and I chose a XXL and glad I did. I was thinking it wouldn’t fit because sizing is hit or miss on Amazon but this was great! It snatched me up in all the right places and smoothed everything out. Doesn’t really do anything for my butt but I don’t mind. Top part of garment sits under my bra and the leg part is very comfortable and stretchy. I had no issue with rolling down and bended, stretched etc. The garment has waist trainer- like hooks then a zipper on top to lock you in. Smoothed out my belly pooch and looked good under a dress. Buy this!

It’s easy to put on. Comfortable. I do wish that it was a bit longer because it rides up while walking. I’m150lbs 5’5” and got a medium, which was good for keeping my bottom firm, not flat. my stomach didn’t haveThe flat effect, like a wanted.

I’m a c section mom and I used this 6 months postpartum I was a size 3x and then I was able to size down to a xlarge in 6 months! I will be purchasing a large soon it has me loosing inches!!

This trainer is nicely made. It holds you in and it is comfortable. I do feel a little itch on the back of my thigh (one side) from time to time and I wonder what it is that is poking me but I’ve looked and there isn’t anything there. Has anyone else had this happen to them? That’s a minor thing so I still give this product 5 stars. It does what it says it’s going to do. I love the clasps AND the zipper. I like that it doesn’t roll up my thigh and the back side doesn’t roll down.
