Unprofessionalism in transaction
I purchased two tee shirts and paid for both as per the invoice. However only one tee shirt was delivered. I was asked to return the tee shirt which I did the next day. It has been over two weeks and the company claims it has not yet received the tee. Nor has it initiated a refund. We have had continuous correspondence with the company without any concrete output.
