Aura Inhale Mood Aromatherapy Inhaler 5HTP plus Green Tea Extract

I'm not certain if the ineffectiveness of this product relates to the idea or to its execution. "Vaping" supplements has become increasingly prevalent, but I'm apt to wonder based on my experience if every supplement lends itself to that method of administration. Anyway, the product didn't inspire too much by way of confidence out of the box. It just looked cheap, like something you might pick up at a kiosk in a shopping mall.I've taken 5HTP and Tryptophan supplements in the past for anxiety and sleep. At best, they've been marginally effective, so it's possible that I'm not a candidate to benefit much from this product anyway. Personally, I would check out one of the more reputable brands of 5HTP if you're interested in going that route.

The taste is fine, but it sticks around for a long time after and becomes a bit unpleasant. Also the white label is just scotch taped on which isn’t great. Otherwise it works fine and is a nice way to calm down. It’s kind of fun if you like the idea of a vape pen, but if you’re simply looking for the effect of essential oils I would say just get a room diffuser because it doesn’t really serve any purpose past that. I like it though and in you’re thinking of a personal essential oil diffuser I would advocate for this one.

It has a very calming effect. The fact that it has only 3 basic ingredients and NO propylene glycol is absolutely wonderful. This is a product I will keep with me daily for a quick stress reducing at a moments notice. I have found 5HTP to be the most beneficial amino acids to help my brain produce its own natural responses to a multitude of life's daily mental chores.

Kinda can taste the oil... I don’t care for it too much. However, the quality of the appliance itself is intact.

This actually helped with my pain. It helps you relax without becoming sleepy.
