This is a really great addition to my gear as it can be used to hold either a camera or microphone in place and is easy to operate with the handle. If the camera is heavy you can attach the weight back to the other side to counter balance it. Overall perfect for what I wanted.

This is great, it's easy to attach and has a bag on one end to keep the weight well. Has definitely made some jobs easier.

Gone are the days when Neewer were the incredibly cheap and cheerful low quality seller of budget photography equipment. They really have come a long long way since back then.I already own a Neewer tripod, led light and speedlights and I have been super happy with them. The delight does not stop after acquiring this tripod extension for flat over head shots. It's essentially a telescopic tube with an arca swiss attachment plate in the middle (removable,) so you can mount it sideways on your tripod and get an over head view from above. Remove the centre section and you got yourself one of the best looking toughest selfie sticks, with a full ball tripod head too!!The quality really is high although if I'm really nit picking some sharp corners could have been smooth off a little but to be honest I'm hunting to say something negative. Really pleased with this and flat shots will not longer have to be done on my product rig with a magic arm clamped above the table.Just excellent - why didn't someone else think of this??

I primarily use it for down facing shots.But I do use an additional extension to get it further over the table, as I do like to have some of the pole further back.So I can have some counter balance.This is a great position for doing product shots and this has been great for me.It does come with a weight bag. But also know if it’s still camera heavy but moves slowly down you are ok and should have enough time to catch it and keep things level.It’s all metal design makes it very strong and the inclusion of a ball head is nice but I went with a small Pan tilt head as a preference.

Plan on observing, weather permitting, the 2024 eclipse through solar binoculars. In Texas the Sun is to be at an altitude of 65 degrees at totality. Using my Innorel tripod and the NEEWER extension arm my 6' 2'' body can stand stand below binoculars and observe. With the Innorel tripod I can get away without using counterweights for my 10x42 binoculars (24 oz.) . Your mileage may very depending on the tripod. Tried on a manfoto travel tripod and it worked, but was 'tippy' without counterweight.Put a ball head on the tripod allowing me to raise and lower the extension arm for a variety of hominids.P.S. Don't forget to add some Slicker Bino Bandits to shade your peripheral vision as you come up to the binoculars.Note: If you misplace the ring eye bolt that is used to hold the counterweight bag. Replacements are available on Amazon. Look for Thread Size = M6, Manufacturer Grade =Grade 304 (Stainless Steel,anti-rust and durable). Pitch= 1mm Metric thread

Ottimo prodotto davvero ben fatto. Resistente e ben costruito. In base al peso che deve reggere può essere necessario aggiungere un contrappeso. Inoltre assicuratevi di avere un treppiedi solido per evitare che la testa del treppiedi, con il peso, si pieghi in avanti o di lato.

コストパフォーマンスはいいと感じたが、次の点が気になった。1.配送された商品　返品された商品と思われる物が届いた。開封されており、プレートに使った後のスレがあった。この様な商品はアウトレット品として扱ってあれば、こちらも納得ができた。2.プラスチックの使用　プラスチックがどこに使用されているかも開示して欲しかった。三脚に接続するアルカスイスのプレートがプラスチックなので、今後の耐久性に不安がある。3.雲台　これも希望だが、雲台つきはとても魅力的だが、今はこれを外せないので、できたら雲台が交換できるようにして欲しかった。

this product has two rivets at the bottom which prevents it to attaching to Vanguard arca swiss type heads and requires a shorter head to fit between these rivets. It wasn’t suitable for Vanguard heads, i am unsure about other types.

This is an awesome boom for your tripod. All fasteners are metal and lock up really well. Note that the counter weight bag does not come with weight.
