It comes in a pack of 4 with different colours. It fits my oral B electric toothbrush perfectly.Very useful for keeping you tooth brush clean for dust and germs.

Fit prefect on electric toothbrush
So happy with these as my old one was cracked. They fit perfectly on a generic electruc tootbrush, so probably also suitable for Oral B electric toothbrushes. Not for handheld tootbrushes though.
