Q: Is this adult size or junior for an 11 year old.

I spoke to my 14 year old Grandson who is very into Rugby and he said it is an adult size - but then he is 5’11”!

No this is a size 5 you will need a size 4 for that age range

Are you using a needle adapter on your pump? Ours was fine
