The polishes I have tried out of the 6 pack are very nice in color, you can layer thin so the color is more sheer or add layers for a darker color. I did purchase some essentials to get a salon quality manicure.1 - an electric drill (MelodySusie compact efile)2 - uv led lamp 48w (Beetles)3 - nail prep dehydrator & primer (Morovan set)4 - Base and top coat w/ cuticle oil (Beetles Set) - this is a must buy to seal the color, therwise your polish will feel sticky and will smudge.This made the process overall much faster, polish removal easier, durability and quality that lasts easily over two weeks. There is a photo I took that has the colors that came in the set and the colors aren’t as accurate as in person, they’re nice neutrals. Also, I had 2 weeks of growth and the polish (LB004) held up well, I waited another week before trying the color LB006 which has lasted me over three weeks with one minor chip that I touched up. This provides some protection since it’s a bit thicker than regular polish, but your nails will chip the more you use your hands under water, yard work, etc. If you’re not used to doing gel, or builder it’ll take some time, I’m still learning and it takes me about 2 hours mostly because of nail prep, application is easy. If you have the time, patience, and want to save money this is a great option.

So easy to use! Dries quickly with the uv light, very durable, I have not cracked or broken a single nail (I always do with other products!)

This product is really nice, I’ve used other builder gels and they crack the very next day almost instantly but this one does not and lasts a long time. The only issue is that over time, the gel stains and turns into a brownish color, and doesn’t wash or scrub off, so you’d have to take it off and reapply more unless you paint over top of the gel. Any kind of dirt, dust, etc. will stain over time even if you wash your hands consistently. I thought it were my nails at first until I took the gel off. Other than that, the product works great! And like I said, if you’re painting over the gel, this won’t be an issue.

I love the Beetles brand, I'm never disappointed. This builder gel is super helpful, it give the nail that needed apex without making it clumpy. I've used it a couple times already and it kind of self levels itself. The color is really nice too so it looks like the natural nail.

I cannot say how much this builder has done wonders for my nails. I started doing my own nails back in 2020 when Covid hit because I’m the type of girl who always wants to have my nails done. I started with the beetles builder gel starter kit. I instantly fell in love but of course i wasn’t nowhere near as good as I am now. This builder gel has given my nails life as I have always had paper thin brittle nails. The consistency of this gel is thick enough to give the nail a layer that’ll protect it yet runny enough to work with and spread through the nail. My go to will always be the clear color as I love doing all sorts of designs. (I’m a French nail girl mostly so clear is the way to go) The gel dries fairly quickly inside the LED/UV lamp which is great. I will forever continue to purchase this builder gel for as long as I’m doing my nails. I attached a couple of pictures of my nails through the stages of them being short and long. I have started noticing my nails have become a little stronger and don’t easily bend when they’re bare. I love this builder gel and I definitely recommend this one. It’s the holy grail in my opinion.

This stuff is a very low quality even though the Beatles manufacturer is supposed to be a very high-end salon quality it isn't. As well as lack of instructions yet again I think that Beatles just expect you to know what you're doing already

I wanted to try builder gel since my nails are thin and break or snag so easily. The consistency of the gel is good and it takes some trying to figure out how to apply, flip over to get the apex and then shape but that's part of the fun. If I do the correct prep, the gel stays on nicely. The self leveling is great. The only downside is that I did not like most of the colors, some of them were too close in shade to the other. I used clear the most and the lighter pink, and the lighter nude. The upside is, there are more colors to buy and try.

I use it to apply my gel X nails at home and I'm a complete beginner with nail applications. It doesn't smell of chemicals which is nice. It cures and holds my nails really well. My nails usually last 1.5-2 weeks and sometimes longer if I'm not using my hands at work much.

Love these, I do my nails every time with them as I have flimsy nails and it’s really helped them stay strong enough to grow. I do 3-D art with them, they’re great! I need more colours!

Does the job exactly as needed. This builder gel is a little bit more "runny" than the brand I was using previously but I think I actually prefer it. I've also found that it seems to last longer.I have it as the base on both hands right now, one hand with extensions, some nails have begun to lifting slightly but that also could be my fault. But they've been on pretty good for 2 weeks. :)
