Effective Calming Supplement
These work well to help me chill out. I have anxiety that likes to rear its head at the worst possible times and these help to calm my mind. They can also double as sleep supplements as they help me relax enough to fall asleep at night. I'm undecided on whether or not the focus part made much difference for me personally, but overall I was happy with the calming effect that these have.

Calm and peaceful
These work great for me and my son. We both have ADHD. I have tried prescription medication and these work just as well if not better. You definitely can tell if you have missed a few days. I noticed an improvement with focus in about 3 days and it got better with usage. It has calmed my racing mind, hyperactivity and irritability. Highly recommend.

Great start to the day.
I noticed that I do have a lot more focus and clarity during the day since taking these and the ingredients are natural. This supplement is a big help for those who have a lot to do every day and want to stay calm as they attend to their busy schedule.

It doesn't work. Zero stars isn't a given option, so I entered one star. It should be zero.
This product is supposed to enhance mood and lower stress. It doesn't. There really isn't anything much else to say. The hype is false. Don't buy it.

Too soon to tell
The NOW Calm & Focus has 2 primacy ingredients, Zembrin and GABA. Zembrin is a mood enhancer and GABA slows your brain down to reduce anxiety. It's an interesting mix of ingredients and I hope it works. It's too soon to tell on the results.
