Q: I am 5’0; will this be too long for me as a skirt?

My daughter is 5'0 and it was ankle length, she wore it with heels.

It does not open up. Cute skirt get many compliments when I wear it.

Q: If I’m an XS & 105 lbs. , will this be too large?

No will be good ! I’m a S and 121 lbs and it’s too tight

Q: How thick is it ? Can it be worn in fall ?

It’s not thick at all. It’s all tulle with a light lining. I wore it in the late fall with tights and boots.
