Very easy and works quite well. I did find it's slightly easier to get them to join if they're slightly loose.

I used these to mount my children’s busy board. This activity board is constantly being tugged at in all directions and has withstood a 1 & 2 year old so would definitely hold any picture you are trying to hang. I really like this mounting system- super secure and it was easy to install the hardware and line everything up. I would definitely purchase this again.

I have speakers that I had on a speaker stand. I decided to hang them up on the wall to clear my floor area. These speaker hanging hooks work excellently. They are strong metal and carry the weight of my speakers perfectly. I feel that my speakers are secured well on my wall.
