Bickmore Bick LP Leather Conditioner 4 oz, Scratch Repair

Really added the finishing touch to my new Portland leather black bag! A little goes a long way. After having plenty more in the jar and seeing some other review pics of somewhat worn out boots and other items, I gave it a real test on our 30yr old cowhide sectional. This has been a favorite scratching spot for our wild rescue dog. It was pretty amazing to see the bare areas darken and bring back the 'pebble' texture, almost back to the original 'espresso' brown. Of course, with all the scratching over the years the smooth top layer was worn away. The product soaked right in and blended the rough areas in without leaving residue later in the day. Highly recommend!

This is a story about an old jacket, memories and Bickmore Leather Conditioner power. I went thrifting several weeks ago and came upon a brown leather “Bomber jacket” stile circa 1980’s. The leather was warned, cracked and dry it was priced at only $6 dollars because it was in such warned out condition. Otherwise the jacket was in good shape, no holes or rips, the buttons all worked, the zipper worked and the inside liner dough dirty and smelly it was in excellent condition also the bottom and wrist trim’s and collar were all in good condition. So I purchased it for $6 dollars. Now here’s why I was attacked to this beat-up jacket. When I was in high school, I was about 17/18 years old and I remember going shopping with my mom and seeing this jacket, this exact stile Bomber jacket, the brand “Wilson” and I wanted to purchase it, unfortunately $600 dollars for it back then was too expensive for me or my family. I wasn’t poor, but come-on $600 bills in 1986, that was too much to spend on any jacket and so I didn’t purchase it, eventually I forgot about, so I thought, but subconsciously the idea of owning that jacket stayed with me. Well, I’m 50 now and I can definitely afford $600 bones or more for a jacket and being honest I’ve bought some things costing that much or more throughout my life. Now finding that same jacket again, after so many years later, and even dough it was in this beat-up condition the $6 dollar price was something I just couldn’t pass up. When I got it home, first thing I did was to get it dry cleaned and replaced the inner material that keeps the wearer warm, it’s a material between the liner and the leather and all that costed me about $80 dollars. Next, I tangled with the warned out leather it self and I tried several different products that didn’t take care of the entire jacket, some brought it back to its natural and original color of the jacket, but it wasn’t until I purchased and used Bickmore Leather Conditioner on it, that the jacket came back to its true lustrous life. Bickmore Leather Conditioner is the best product out-there, I did had to use lots of “elbow-grease” but it was worth it, because now my jacket looks and feels absolutely beautiful, every crack and dry spot is completely gone, it’s all evenly coherently soft and back to its original condition and color. So, for approximately $100 bones I’ve finally got my leather bomber jacket from my time in high school, it only took me about 33 years, but with patience/luck, elbow-grease and Bickmore Leather Conditioner I’ve finally got my jacket and It’s better because I’ve brought it back to life all on my own.

Works really good on leather chairs. Easy to use and did not feel greasy. Made the color shine and pleasant smell. It’s been 3 months since used it and chairs still look great. With the price.

This leather conditioner goes on oily and takes a bit of time to settle before you are able to buff it out. I was concerned that it would look oily as I was applying it but after allowing to settle in and buff it out, it looks great and conditions the leather well. It will last forever and is a good value. It feels a little sticky going on and is a bit thick so you need to work with it to smooth it out and allow it to dry. It does take a little time to dry.

The best leather conditioner I’ve used! Made the scuffs on my black purse disappear! Leaves a nice shine. Be aware a little goes a LONG way. massaging in a tiny dab is the way to go. I used to much, waited a couple of days for it to soak in (most of it did) then rubbed the rest off with an old towel.

Okay I was skeptical about this product but I decided to buy it and give it a shot and let me say its the best thing ever. I bought a bag second hand and it was the driest most cracked bag I've seen and I didnt have any hopes to save it but I came across this and it brought it back to life!! A little goes a long way! I put 2 coats seeing as the bag was in pretty rough shape. The texture is like Vaseline, very thick and clear, it didnt really have a smell and the application was super easy!

Amazing! This leather conditioner is next level. It smells great, easy to work with. It absolutely brought some life back to an old leather bag I’m working on. Richer darker healthier looking leather. I would recommend!

Easy to apply with cloth rag on leather bag. See scratches on one side and afterwards when applied to another side that had the same scratches. Will darken leather but gives a nice even look if spread balm immediately. Accidentally left one part over 30 seconds and it remained darker than the rest. Tried it on couch, harder to spread on a squishier surface, and the deep cracks are softer to touch though still visible, wish I applied it earlier, before getting so dried out. Would recommend, good quality product, nice light scent, and didn’t seem to use much for one large bag and one 3-seater couch. See pics.

Hemos aplicado el producto a un par de cazadoras de cuero y a algunos zapatos y aún queda para muchas aplicaciones, el resultado es fantástico, el cuero recupera sus características como si estuviera recién salido de la tienda, ya no tiene ese tacto reseco del paso de los años y las marcas de desgaste se disimulan, no pone cuero donde falta pero si que se disimulan muy bien. Ho acquistato questa crema, l'ho provata e ne son proprio soddisfatto. Ne avevo presa un'altra Made in Germany, ma questa la supera di molto Avevo del pellame asciutto e rovinato, ho provato le due creme, con questa la pelle sembra rinata ed in poco tempo. Se la protegge come l'ha ravvivata... Fantastica Lascia un buon aroma di ... forse miele, assolutamente gradevole e non fastidioso

This is heavy duty. Some of my leather absorbed it, other couldn't. I had to wipe it a towel after days of waiting. But it's great

This stuff is amazing. You apply with your hands and you can instantly see the difference. I have a pair of oiled leather knee high boots I bought from Italy (which are very matte) so was very nervous about what to use or how to care for them. It hydrates, nourishes and doesn't leave an artificial gloss which is perfect! My boots are now smooth and supple and only took about 5 mins working in with my fingers made any scuffs disappear. Lovely smell as well, very subtle, natural and not in any way overpowering. Almost a bit like marzipan so it hasn't stunk up the house!

I thought I’d try this product to help hid the cat scratches on my couch. The first pic is the before and the second is after. Although it doesn’t look like much has changed, it is less noticeable. I was hoping this product would have helped a bit more but there are a lot of scratches. I would recommend it for fading and light scratches. On a positive note, my cats haven’t used the couch as a scratching post since I applied the conditioner.
