Best braid , better than Suffix 131 .
Been using 10 pound 832 for all my surf fishing for many many years , casts a mile and strong enough to whip big fish in short order . If you own a spinning reel DO NOT spool up with anything heavier than 20 pound , you will be severely limiting your rod/reels performance if you use braid any heavier than 20 pound . I find 10 pound is way stronger than needed for the majority of fish that roam the surf including large bass and blues . Remember before braid, the heaviest mono people fished with on spinning reels was 20 pound and 20 pound mono would whip any fish quickly . 10 pound 832 has a real life breaking strength of approx 26 pound line . I never experience breakoffs and lost fish , go light and unleash your rod/reels performance potential . Abrasion resistance is grossly overrated , most anglers throw top water plugs , abrasion resistance is a non issue in the surf UNLESS fishing around tons of structure , then switch to mono or use a long leader because even heavy braid will fail instantly in heavy structure. Suffix 131 tested extremely poorly in tensile strength and abrasion resistance compared to 832 . Yes, it casts great but it fails miserably where it counts most unless going heavy which is not what you want to do with any spinning setup .

Tough braid
Used many name brands and feel suffix has good abrasion resistance, quiet thru the guides and holds knot strength. With 15# braid the 20# mono leader snapped before the braid did. It’s as thin as the thinnest and cast well. It’s my preference when I can buy it on sale but it is worth it when it priced comparable to other name brands.

Smoothest braided line available
I have been using suffix line exclusively for probably eight years and the coating they put on it at the factory is so smooth. You can get a lot of wind knots out. I mostly use the 10 pound braid on my spinning reels but I also use the 50 and even the 65 pound braid on my bait cast occasionally and I absolutely love the line. I use coastal blue for top water fishing and also for saltwater applications where I also include a florocarbon leader I use the dark green suffix braid, mostly around vegetation and on my flipping rods or frog rods I use the high visibility line for wacky rigging or for Ned rigs when my clients can’t feel the bite and they have to visually see the line move off and for that I usually use 10 pound

Strong

Sinking braid
This is some of the best braid but not ideal for topwater lures since it absorbs water and sinks

It catches the fish!
There is no better line for fishing. This line does some valuable line things. Would highly recommend for all your salt water fishing purposes.

best braid for inshore fishing
832 is really limp line so you do not get a lot of windknots. It casts well, great sensitivity, and is strong. I like the coastal camo color for inshore fishing. I do use a leader and not sure whether it is just in my head but believe fish do not see the line as well because of the color. yet I can see the line enter the water well.
