Good pouch
This pouch so far is good quality and has enough room for sheers, tourniquet, etc. However it is just a pouch so dont be mistaken from the pictures.

Not thrilled about the design, nor that it comes empty
First off, let me rephrase the title of this product as "SABADO Tactical Blow Out Medical Pouch Bleeder Emergency First Aid Kit MOLLE Clip Trauma Shears Tourniquet Holder Compact IFAK Pouch Security Survival Gear" when I ordered it. Please be advised that it doesn't include anything other than the empty pouch itself. The pouch is a bit stiff, but will most likely loosen with time and with use. The interior of the pouch has a bright red seatbelt with an end that looks like it's supposed to be buckled into a similar receiver. At first I was puzzled, thinking "What am I supposed to plug this in to??" And then I thought of those highly specific plate carriers with clips, belts, bells and whistles, which cost several hundred dollars per set, and wondered if this type of buckle existed on one of those plate carriers. I then realized that it wasn't a buckle like a seatbelt, but rather just something for you to hang on to as you rip out the pouch's guts in hopes of retrieving your items faster. I'm not really thrilled about that as a design feature, because I don't pack my bleed stop kits to the point where I can't pull anything out of them quickly, and using the seatbelt method would just toss all of my important emergency stuff all over the ground. Not only that, but the seatbelt is a bit thick too, so it takes up a non-negligible portion of the volume inside the pouch. The build quality of the pouch is not too bad either, and the malice clips are not the best, but they do seem durable. I will be running with this pouch on my plate carrier for a time to see how it holds up. This is a Bring Your Own Bleedstop kit scenario, which is honestly fine, but it shouldn't be advertised as having that stuff already included.

Not worth the price
It stinks, as in literally. Thing smells like it was manufactured in a wet market. It's just a cheap empty case. Not worth the price.

Good emergency pouch.
This is a blow out pouch. That means there is a piece of fabric folded inside with a strip hanging on the outside. You give a tug on that strip, and it will release the Velcro cover and pull the contents of the pouch out very quickly. I have a tourniquet, hemostats, gauze, a pen, and shears in the pouch. I keep it in my truck just in case I come across an accident scene or need it myself.

Perfect compact blow out pouch
This is a very high quality pouch. I was hesitant at first due to the price and it being on amazon but when I got it I found it to be worth every penny especially if your serious about your gear. The stiching and material asre great and very rugged.I packed mine with the basics of bleed control,Put shears in the back slot and a tourniquet on the side molle via tactical rubber bands lol.Perfect for a clean minimalist belt set up or on a chest rig or plate carrier

They Do the Trick
Although it is a little pricey, it is very well made nd stores your stuff securely. It ks very well made and looks like it should last for a long time. Safety is one of those th8ng that are worth a few extra dollars - a life may depend on it.

A little bit of false advertisement
It seems to be standard practice nowadays for the product you’re getting to not show up with all the pieces that are advertised. This one is a pretty cool and good quality pouch so I’m gonna give it four out of five stars. But I am disappointed that it didn’t come with any of the things that advertised. Unless it’s missing pieces! But I can’t tell. Overall, it’s a cool design that they have this bright red strap that feels like a seatbelt on the inside they can pull and eject everything that’s inside in case of an emergency. You better hope that it doesn’t eject too fast though! If I notice anything different about it as I’m using it, Then I will return to edit this review. Otherwise I’m going to find the pieces that were advertised and add them to it.
