Perfect
I would have given more stars for this if able, this is just perfection in a pot! very lemony, zesty and buttery, the best I have ever purchased, it is not that dark yellow colour like some are , but quite pale by comparison, it not only looks homemade but tastes homemade, quite lovely, maybe a little more expensive than some but worth every penny imo.

Best lemon curd ever
I’m a big fan of Thursdays Cottage products. They’re a bit more expensive but the quality it excellent. They’re full of flavour and juicy. I always know that the product will be delicious. The service is excellent too.

Smooth and luxurious and balanced perfectly between sweet and sour. We enjoy ours on scones with clotted cream.

Lurve lemon curd. This one is Outstanding. Used to fill lemon cupcakes see http://www.feastingisfun.com 'Happy Birthday....' Filled piping bag a squeezed into cupcakes (similar to putting jam in doughnuts!) worked perfectly. Superior flavour. Never been disappointed by Any of the products bought from Thursdays Cottage!

Excellent product very sweet so if you want something mild don't get this but I love sweet and it was a perfect lemony sweet
