This stuff is not cheap for one bottle so I was hesitant. I had a bedroom flood (under the floor) due to a broken pipe(trickle) while on vacation. After removing the floor and bottom of the walls, we found mold and mildew. Everything was treated but the stale flood smell remained. I was having flashbacks of friend's and family's houses that flooded during Hurricane Harvey. If you have ever smelled flood smell, you don't soon forget. I was afraid the smell would never leave. Before I installed the new floor, I purchased a can of this. I followed the directions listed. I entered the rooms 6 hours or so later and no flood smell! I was worried that the chemical smell and fragance would be overwhelming. It was not! Very light fragance and no strong chemical smell to speak of. I was shocked. I wish I had found this years ago.

Smells like Lysol Disinfectant spray. Followed directions on can for airing out time. Opened window for a full day and put a large fan in area to air out once the fogger was finished. After a week of airing with a fan the room still smells like Lysol spray but now it stinks! Not effective and the quality to remove MUSTY ODORS just covers the Musty smell with a STRONG LYSOL smell that now i can't get ride of. Do not purchase if you are sensitive to chemical smells or Lysol Spray smell.

I really could tell a difference

It worked. I'm really glad it also had the fragrance I expected. I didn't want the area to smell like chemicals. This is a great product

Tried several products to eliminate an odor in the basement living quarters. This worked! I closed the windows and did not open them for a couple of days. It's now been 2 weeks and remains odor free. The only problem was trying to lock the spray nozzle down quickly enough without getting any spray on me. I did wear a mask, glasses and gloves. In the future I would used gloves with a trash bag over my head with the eyes cut out. I would highly recommend this product
