First, I rated this product with 4 stars, only because 1, 2, and 3-star ratings were not available that I could read. My true rating is ONE, and I'd rate it lower if possible.Tricycle had the following serious problems:1) The front tire does not align in the center of the fork, even after inserting 6 washers.2) Because of the front tire's misalignment in the fork, it was impossible to keep the right brake pad from chafing against the wheel.3) The brake pads for the front brakes did not seat flatly against the wheel.4) The method for fastening the cable for the back brake was unreliable and failed continuously.5) I could not tighten the handlebars adequately in the gooseneck.6) The use of the metal tabs to assemble the basket created sharp edges that could cause potential injury.7) The tricycle has seven speeds, but the shifting mechanism failed to shift to the highest and lowest speeds. So, only five of the seven were available.The technician I contacted examined the tricycle and commented that he would not let his family member ride it.Vendor would not fully reimburse purchase price and shipping charges that I paid.Do not buy this product!

My husband assembled this bike for me. I've been riding it all day and I love it. Easy to ride, big basket and beautiful color. Assembly was a bit tricky for the gears and brakes. It took some time and patience. The rest of the assembly was similar to that of any bike. I'm glad I bought it.

I have been in communication with the provider regarding he has graciously agreed to refund charges of $188.00 plus taxes for bike assembly which did not happen. I received my bike order within days. I am thrilled with the final product, happy green color with sturdy basket that held my 10 yr old grandchild. Smooth, fun ride.

The manual was not easy to follow. It felt like the instructions were translated but not very well. We found a video for a similar bike that was more helpful. It took us about a day and a half to fully assemble it with three people trying to figure out what the manual was telling us to do.

We ordered this bike and it was damaged in shipping, no fault of the company however they went above and beyond to help and rectify the issues.. When I contacted the seller to report the damage due to shipping, the seller immediately resent a bicycle out to make up for the damaged product due to shipping., I Definitely give this company five stars for taking care of their customers.. The new bike arrived in perfect shape… The bike is for my 87-year-old father and he loves it… It is a sturdy bike for him since he is not sturdy at 87 … thank you again to the seller!

It was heavy duty well packaged and nicely designed with a terrific color and a great big basket. It was purchased for me at a great price thank you.

Really love the green color. Very happy color. Bike is sturdy with a large basket perfect for picnics, grocery bags and small pets. Easy and comfortable to ride. Great value for the price. Great customer service too. 👏

I gave a five star rating for above and beyond customer service. My bike had several defective parts and customer service responded in a timely manner.
