Great little device for a quick lift of your eyes and mouth plumping. I have the Bear 2 and this complements it beautifully.

After a year I can say it was completely useless

I have FOREO BEAR 2 eyes & lips - Microcurrent Line Smoothing Instant Face Lift - Eye Care Device - Brow Lift - Dark Circles Under Eye Treatment & Lip Plumper Device in arctic blue colour. It arrived well packed and sealed. In the middle of the device there is a small metal bottle for the serum, but serum wasn't part of the set. It is pricey to purchase it separately - £64, so I bought cheaper non branded water based conductive serum to try the device. It works well with FOREO and has nice ingredients. Device is of a very compact size, the measurements are exactly as per listing description. It is comfortable to grip, hold and use. I had to set it up, register the device and create personal account in order to switch it ON for the first time. I followed user guide to do it. In order to access all the information about the device I had to download and install the app on my android mobile phone. It was easy and fast to do. App is easy to use, but isn't user friendly and isn't straightforward to navigate through, as it has too much information, some aren't relevant to my device. There is designed program in the app for the eyes and brow area treatment. I use it regularly. When I turn it ON in the app, the device is automatically activated and starts to work (Bluetooth must be ON). It has easy to follow instructions displayed on the phone screen. Sadly I found only one program there. Program is not even 4 minutes long, but I can already see that my under eyes skin is brighter and less puffy. I use this device for about 2 weeks. I could feel some tingling during the treatment, but it wasn't painful. Device arrived charged and I still use it on the first charge. Excellent device, noticeable results, but pricey and without serum. If the price isn't an issue I would happily recommend it.

UPDATE: So, I may not be a fan of the app but I've been using the device for a few weeks now and I am honestly blown away. I have seen a noticeable difference already. I have been using daily on my eyes and lips (3 mins each for both) and the difference in my fine lines is visible. I am an ex smoker and have a particular fine line on my upper lip that I'm self conscious about and literally you can barely tell it's there. My eyes look brighter and less sunken too. It does take time and commitment to keep up to it every day - but so worth it. I'm changing my review from a 4 to a 5 star. I'm a huge fan of FOREO products but these are my first impressions of this device Firstly, the little tube that sits snuggly inside the device was completely empty so you will either need to purchase the serum separately or use a different brand. To use the device you need to download the app and register the device - however there is very little information within the app or the instruction leaflet as to how to use it. There is a treatment video in the app for the eyes, which is actually really innovative....it show's you where you need to apply it and for how long and the device is controlled via bluetooth (speed, intensity, time etc). I was really impressed with that - however, there is literally just the one video....nothing for the lips, face, neck - so I don't really know what I should be doing with it or for how long. I have managed to find a few youtube tutorials but I'm just using guess work for now. There is a little bit of information on the 'How To Use' section but it would be great to have more videos as a guide. You can increase/decrease the intensity either on the device itself or via the app - and you can use your phone/tablet screen as a mirror so you can see what you're doing (unless however, if like me you wear glasses and need to remove them whilst doing your eye area...you'll be better using a magnification mirror) As with any beauty device such as this, you will need patience and commitment and incorporate it into your daily routine, which I will do. I will come back and update my review in a couple of weeks to share before and afters of the facial areas I've been working on.

Didn’t really notice much difference but maybe I needed to persevere

First thing first, this is a quality brand having used some of their products before I had no issues in getting and using this. The device is neat and compact whilst also looking and feeling like a higher end product. You'll need to get some serum to best utilise this product so that is something to consider. To use the device you'll need to download the app. That doesn't take too long to update and is very easy to use. Instructions are limited, however you will find an instructional video within the app that should help you get to grips with it. It is a case of using the appz which sets the intensity and speed etc so it's very simple. There are also some supplementary buttons on the device which can help control the device. You will need to consider using the device long term to see best results, I've been using for a few weeks and do feel as though skin is firmer, but I'm only using it on lower settings. I think longer use over a month or longer you will probably see some good results. The price is high, but it does feel like a quality product and as part of a weekly skin routine then it may well be worth the expense. I would recommend it as it feels well made and looks good and is well designed. I have also noticed some initial results.

Lips are plumped after the first use. Eyes I’m doubting but I just own it for a couple of days. I’m satisfied with the microcurrent thing, it’s painless and smooth, the switching in between modes via the device works well. Another fine addition to my Foreo family ❤️
