Best purchase
Super easy to put together, fun ride and looks cool. Stopped by a store to pick up a soda and a woman pointed and said “oh cool! What is that”. Makes me feel better about my car being totaled. Husband on bike for reference. 5 stars.

I have 4 electric bikes got this for my 12yo daughter its perfect but some things to know
If you think this bike is for an adult, think again even my daughter at 5'6 is bigger than she could be but this is 70's retro at its best and the multi-color frame is gorgeous. There are essentially no instructions but thats par for the course when it comes to off-brand ebikes. The 250w motor is more than enough and there are 3 speed settings top speed setting is too fast to pedal. Would be nice if the key killed the power to the bike (it doesn't) just unlocks the battery from the bike. Dont leave this bike out where it could be stolen cause with or without the battery attached it's for sure an attraction. It would have been nice also if the controller showed speed but it's just power, (on/off), power assist (1,2,3) and battery life. Love the look of this bike and the brakes are better than my much more expensive 1000w ebike. This is a GREAT bike for kids/teens.

Reimbursed for damage and missing parts
The rear fender had a dent on arrival. I was also missing the front fender hardware. The assembly instructions and owner's manual were for the wrong bike. I scrounged the right hardware, was reimbursed for the dented fender, and I had the manufacturer email me the correct manual. I already figured out how to assemble it. The max height of a rider is NOT 5'9". I barely fit at 5'6". But it is a cool bike and fun to ride in the end.

I have my pros and cons
I've had the 20" oil slick since June 7 this year and all in all I've rather enjoyed having this as my first electric transportation. Defiantly opened my options besides walking or paying for a taxi. So to just put my opinion on some of my experiences within the past 6 months with this bike, I think it is definitely best for cruising dry paved roads with no hills and no bumps. Obviously it was the style that got me to put on my breaks. I just had to have this gorgeous rainbow, shiney, bad to the bone chopper like cruiser that always gets the comment "Nice Bike!" by anyone that sees it. The cruise is smooth, peaceful, and a confidence booster. The 3 different modes come in handy the best for enjoying the cruise leaning back and taking in the scenery (all electric), peddle assist comes in extremely handy for trying/making it up hills (which it doesn't seem to accomplish very well especially if you don't use this mode) and speeding up to avoid other vehicles. I think the biggest con I have is that if u ride on a wet road or go through any size puddle, the back fender does not protect the area of your body in between the back rest and the seat at all! And the stock tires should be replaced before they have blow outs on you literally. The front tire blew 3 days after having it when I had hit a bump that made the front tire come off the ground and then came down to connect with the road. Almost like I had popped a wheely. Then the back tire went when I had ran over a rock that was on the sidewalk. And the tires feel like they slip when you make a turn. It feels like it has no shocks what so ever so I didn't even attempt to take this on a bike trail off road. I feel every bump roughly and riding over railroad tracks feels like it's gonna break something in between the handlebars and front tire. And it does not come with DIY stickers. So I recommend this bike, just tread carefully
