I wasn't expecting much from these but I've been left feeling pleasantly surprised. With our old chair cushions we were having to wash them constantly due to our messy 4 and 6 year olds, which meant they didn't last as long as we'd hoped. After a few months they went tatty and we had to replace them. Around the same time we got these plastic covers and we actually haven't had to wash the cushions once in around 3 months. Although they come off sometimes (due to my children not being able to sit still) the covers and the cushions are still going strong. They're easy to wipe, just spray a bit of antibacterial, wipe over them and they're ready to go for the next time. I am extremely happy with these and I highly recommend them if you have young children.

I was impressed with the quality of them but the fit didn't quite work for my chairs,. Even so, they are still usable because the plastic was stretchy enough to make it work. My chairs look very similar in build to the ones shown on the product page picture, so I was hopeful, but the front edge of the cover would not sit flush to the edge of the seat, and it was tricky to stretch the strap around the back of the chair correctly because it didn't quite reach all the way. I had to do some stretching.Also note that in the picture on the product page the hanging part of it looks a lot shorter than it really is - it does say it is 15cm long, but they make it look shorter in the image. I didn't like how long the overhang is in reality as it was a bit unsightly to have extra plastic dangling.i like how clear the cover is and its flexibility certainly helped out, plus it's a good job it had the 'anti-tear' gaskets to stop it from tearing at strategic points/corners.. The plastic also feels durable and will definitely do it's job of protecting the chair seat. However you do only get 2 in the pack for a price of £15.99 (at time of review) and I feel that getting four items for this price (0or even a few more pounds) would have made it worth it., since dining chairs come in sets of four.They arrive folded up and vacuum packed, and the pack advises that creases will drop out over time or you can speed this up using heat from a hairdryer. I found the creases were not too stubborn and no blow dryer was needed. These are worth a try if you need to protect your chairs. Do read the measurements carefully.

Such a fabulous idea, our little one recently transitioned out of the high chair to the dinning table and I was forever washing our chair covers. Now with these covers I can wipe them down after every meal, definitely recommend.

As a vine customer I was only sent two of these covers. They are ok, they are a little too big for my dining room chairs but if you tighten them/adjust they do look ok and fit better. The pvc is quite thick and is wipeable. I may use these to protect my chairs when grandchildren are eating at the table but wont be leaving them on as I don't like the look of the chair with them on.

I got these to protect the pair of pilot seats on the 2nd row of our car, as they're made of leather and the dog jumps around on them, so I am taking into account that I'm not using them for precisely the purpose for which they were designed, so any failure to fully meet the need is entirely down to me, not the product itself.The covers themselves fit very well over the base of each seat, and the flap of plastic at the back of each cover slides well between the seat base and the tilting seat back. Unfortunately, the straps are too short to meet at the back, so for now, they're not secured and, as a result, they do tend to slide off - so I'll be fashioning some sort of extending strapping so I can secure them in place (but I don't downgrade the covers, as seats this bulky weren't the advertised use for them).What I can say is that they're plenty big enough for the car seats and the side pieces long enough to cover the deep seat bases (though the depth of these might not be so useful or aesthetic on a dining chair). They have quite a vinyl feel to them, with a certain flexibility and soft feel, and they have already withstood a fair bit of leaping dog action without any damage.Given the quality & durability of the material, they seem to be worth the price (£15.99 at time of review)

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased these Plastic Chair Covers with a back strap to securely fit them onto a chair. I bought them to prevent food stains caused by my toddler, and I have found them to be effective. Although these chair covers are designed for specific chair types, I managed to fit one on my foldable chair by tucking it into the seat cushion.Once the covers are in place, you may notice that they do not fit as neatly as shown in the packaging. Additionally, they only come in packs of two, which is not enough to cover all of our dining chairs.Overall, I appreciate these plastic chair covers for their thickness and ease of cleaning. I recently got these plastic chair covers, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with their performance. Although it's a bit overwhelming initially, I've noticed it subsides over time.
