This bottle contains 60 capsules of Forsythia fruit with other added ingredients, which you can see in my photo. The capsules are very easy to take. My only problem with this product is that if you take it according to directions… “4 capsules, 2-3 times daily”… you will very quickly run out of your supply. It would work well, though, as a full-strength immune support when you feel your own immune defenses might be down. As a daily supplement, I wouldn’t want to take as many capsules per day as they recommend. I think it would still add to your immune defense, although not as intensely as the recommended serving.
