Lacking comfort and not comparable with ESI Grips
I have been using ESI Grips for years on my mountain bikes, and they have held up extremely well, are very comfortable and easy to install. Plus much lighter than lock-on grips and with nice plastic handlebar plugs that stay in and don't scratch items you lean your bike against. I gave these grips a try as I really liked the gray color to match a bike but am sorely disappointed and will be replacing them with ESI Grips after only a few uses, as they really lack comfort--it feels like gripping the handlebar with a thin layer of rubber. And they lack the thickness of even the thinner ESI Grips--these are certainly not thick enough for my hands nor for comfort. Plus they are much harder to install than ESI Grips and the bar plugs fall out fairly easily. Stay with ESI Grips instead of these cheap knockoffs.

Good safe grip
These are great to grip! The original handles were hard plastic and slippery. These are way more comfortable and safer. I used compressed air to assist installation. If you don’t have an air compressor installation will be a bit challenging

About 20g heavier than fancy silicone grips at half the cost
On our second set. These aren’t rubber or foam, they’re silicone grips. Softer and lighter than rubber, harder than foam. Both sets have been right at 75g.I use windex for install and removal. Install is straight forward: spray the bar ends and inside of the grip, then press on while twisting. For removal to re-use the grip, I’ll take something very thin and longer than the grip - like a long 2mm hex - to separate the grip from the bar and spray some windex in there. Again, twist and pull.

Glad I tried them! Prolly going to be the new trend
I did not expect to like these... I run lizard skin north shore grips and got these for a temporary set for my back up bike and ummm I am going to buy more!!! These ar super grippy with gloves and on carbon bars they do cancel out the rest of the vibration better then my lizard skins that cost 4x more! I am estacticly pleased

Great look. Use plenty of lube.
The first one took several attempts to install; the second one went much better when I used a ton of soapy solution. Finished product looks great!

Cheap plastic caps
The end caps are made of hard plastic and will brake apart while inserting into the handlebars. The foam grips are ok, you get what you pay for.

Are these really foam?
These are listed as "foam" but that is false. They are hard rubber with minimal "give" and a positive bitch to mount even with following the instruction to wet the handlebar. In the end, I returned them.
