quite good compilation cd but tracks don't really run well together- it would have been better to have slow and fast tracks grouped together

To give a Roy Ayers best of cd 1 star tells you a lot more about
the reviewer than the CD. Buy with confidence if you like Jazz Funk or simply just good music.

The Collection is a collaboration of some of Roy's smoothest sounds and gives further credence to the immense talent that he has and continues to exhilarate. It's nothing short of "PERFECTION", and a must have for any "SMOOTH JAZZ" collection.

Unlees you love 70's disco, dreadful
Maybe this was a stupid buy, but I was looking for jazzy vibraphone playing, but instead got 70's disco funk of the cheesiest, awful kind.If that's your idea of heaven, it's probably average at best. Otherwise, don't touch with a bargepole, it's dreadful pap!!Very disappointing to me.
