The seller reached out after this failed to jump my car after I had fully charged it. To be fair, my 6.0 liter is at the max advertised size that this unit should be able to jump start. They sent me their heavier duty model, and it was able to jump off my Yukon Denali XL. Great customer service!--First, I will say that I attempted to jump the battery of my Yukon Denali XL, and although this product was fully charged, it could not even attempt to trigger the starter to even click. I then used normal jumper cables, and it started right up. So maybe this would work for small cars? Not sure.The compressor is loud, but it works. I have to main issues with the compressor. All of the many tire inflators/compressors I have purchased in the past allow you to set a desired pressure, while this one does not. It is either off or on, which means you have to keep checking it in order to not over-inflate your tires. Also, the pressure gage is not lit! Makes it very difficult to see, as the only light is on the opposite side of this unit. My final issue with this is that the compressor hose is too short! It is fine if the valve stem is at the bottom or the sides of the wheel, but when I used it last, my valve stem was at the top of the wheel and it would not reach (so I had to back up the car and then inflate the tire).

I got this to keep in my SUV. I charged it initially and stored it in my cargo trunk. It sat in there for a good six months without being used. Today my daughter's small Scion A wouldn't start and when I got my jump starter out and checked the charge only two lights lit up and I was afraid it wouldn't be enough to work. I went ahead and plugged the charger up though and within five minutes it was at full charge? So, weird, but whatever. It worked on the first try. I wish I'd have tried it first without charging but regardless, it worked. I took a star off because had I not been home this might not have been the case but as long as you have access to the charger it should work.

Wouldn’t work as advertised. Would not jump start a small car battery that was low not even dead. Made sure it was fully charged and tried multiple times. The air compressor portion of it is trash as well. It took 10 minutes to get a low tire to 20#’s. I do not recommend this product. Good news is they refunded my money and let me keep it lol.
