Simple taste, one squirt, and I reached my vitamin quota for the day. What I like is that it has more than the recommended allowance, so that I can be sure to get my B each time without question. I'm taking this for medical reasons as required by my doctor. Apparently (as I've learned) having low B12 is super bad for your body. It can cause nerve damage, brain injury, etc. As in my case, a lot of past low B12 damage is not reversible, but I can prevent future issues by making sure I get a daily dose of B12 now and going forward. Pills are not my thing and gag me and gummys can be tiresome. This is quick, under the tongue, and no issue. Highly Recommend.

My labs showed low B-12. So I found this supplement. I thought my forgetfulness was a sign of age but in fact it was a lack of this vitamin. Within a week my brain started to function better and I am very happy for it. My PCP will take labs again in 6months and I look forward to seeing the results!

When you look for supplements, specially for your elderly and sick people and for yourself as caregiver you have to find the best quality in the market. I did my research and this product didn't disappointed me. You will be pleased if you buy this product made with clean ingredients.

Note this is not a B complex. Rather it’s a B12 and for that focus it seems to work good but the taste is odd. Not exactly a good tasting cherry flavor. Easy to use if you need it. Taste is tolerable for most.

I can tell if I forget to take this as my energy level just isn’t there on those days. Absorbs quickly and really helps me stay alert and on top of things.

I started using this probably two years ago to replace MetanX which is a prescription drug through a specialty pharmacy. I was taking it for neuropathy. It became so expensive. I decided to try this which has the same medicine. (B12 and L-methyl folate). The prescribed drug touted that it was able to be better absorbed through the gut then other B12 oral medication. Because bioactive b12 is sublingual, I thought the medicine doesn’t have to go through your gut and goes straight to your bloodstream. I’m very happy with the results. I spend less money and this takes the edge off my neuropathy pain episodes in combination with the gabapentin that I take.
