This product is poorly thought out, shoddily made, and the adhesive band doesn't stick. What arrived may be the result of manufacturing defects or it could just really be that bad. The pouch is 3.5 inches by 7 inches and seemingly big enough for the average horse. But I'll need to find some kind of a paint-on adhesive to make the non-adhesive band work as it is supposed to.

Absorbs well and no smell. The pouch is longer than needed. Could use a 2nd fastener to secure better. I used to use MDP4men before they stopped production. This is the closest replacement I have found.

Crummy price! First let me say, This is an excellent product that seems to perform as advertised. BUT AMAZON; where did you arrive at this cost? At the products Web site you can buy nearly three boxes for what your charging for one!

This product claimed to "not leak" and can be used in an "active" lifesyle. I am not the most active - in fact not active at all today when I tried the product. Shipping was prompt. But I had to use three of them in one day and each one leaked enough to be personally embarrassing. I like the idea and design, but the material must be faulty. I am very dissappointed, but decided to try the next level, instead of level 1 or level 2, I tried level 3 which is supposed to be more durable. When it arrives I will provide another update. It seems an outter layer of protection is missing and as the inner layer get moist, the outer layer leaks.
