I bought this for a trip to a cold country a few weeks ago. Item did take a little while to arrive and was on the expensive side but is so worth it! I stupidly read the reviews after I purchased the item and was really worried about what it would be like. I really would recommend it. It isnt massively thick but is thick enough due to where it sits and acts as a final warm layer. It is well knitted and such a lovely cour. Ive had sooo many compliments on it. Definitely recommend. Not sure why some are dissatisfied with it, I am very happy it's very pretty and nicely made. The pin is a nice touch. The knit is not very dense, I'd say it's medium, but you can see that on the photos before you buy. I bought it in light grey and it is true to the advertised colour.

I have just given this scarf as a Christmas gift to my mum. The product looks nice & feels soft, but it’s really let down by the packaging. It certainly doesn’t look like a £40 gift.There were no pictures or guidance on how to wear it, nor does it say what it is. If I had sent it to her direct she wouldn’t have had a clue. The packaging was just a clear plastic bag.I’m summary: good product, very poorly packaged
