Truly a good product does what it says it will do
Wow I generally do not leave reviews but this product is outstanding I've tried three to four applications over the years for my backyard patio it is Stone and very difficult to keep in the Las Vegas Sun. But two applications of this on my patio and around my Swim Spa and it is gorgeous and it is holding up thus far! All other products exposed to the extreme temperatures after a period of time start to fail discolor or dull and stop repelling the water. Oh and keeps a shine!

Easy to apply
I put down 3 coats. First two I did with a sprayer and back rolled. It took me a minute to get used to the sprayer but once I did it was pretty easy. The thrid coat I added the non slip to the gallon jug and just rolled it on. The non slip additive collected pretty densley in the bottom of the roller tray. Once the third coat dried I noticed a few spots on the pavers where the non slip collected as well and it you can see. Im not sure if it collecting on the pavers was from me just being in a hurry and not paying attention or if it was unavaoidable but it doesn't bother me too much. Overall it looks really good. I feel like I could have put down a little more with each coat to get more of a sheen but I'm satisfied.

Works well but I tried 5 different kids to find the best...this was the second favorite. Best was Stone Technologies X-4S

great product for pool
Easy to apply when following directions. No flaking, The color pops out and makes it realy stand out. The rocks have not been sealed for many years (10+) . It keeps the pool water slide smooth and less friction on body when sliding down
