Will this fit a g35 sedan?

Yes this will fit the G35 sedan as long as the exhaust you order comes with the 6" extension pipes. This particular exhaust is ONLY the AXLE BACK, so unless you already have an H-pipe this will not come with everything to install it, you'll need a mid pipe. I order this one and ran into that exact problem and ended up ordering part #CBE-350Z-G35-D-T2 which actually came with everything from the cats back. I have them paired up with ISR 370z test pipes and it actually sounds really good. Hope this helps.

Is this the whole catback exhaust system as described? I see its listed as 26lbs

no I ordered this one and i had to return it because it only came as an axle back. ( everything in that one picture). which wont bolt up to your stock mid pipe.
