The high sides and handles make removing simple and no worry about juices or oils leaking down into the basket. Perfect for loose veggies too! Having two colors makes it easy for kids to know which one to use for their food (red = spicy/savory foods, grey = neutral/sweet food). They are thinner than I expected, I don't think they would hold up to sharp utensils. However, I would still recommend these as an alternative to disposable products.

Great product

For someone who uses the air fryer several times a week, this is great. It's much easily to clean this, as opposed to the basket. I have not noticed a smell. It's a little smaller than my basket, but so far it hasn't been a problem.
