I used to bodybuild prior to my gym closing during Covid in 2020. I lost my discipline and just started back 6 months ago. I have struggled bench pressing and couldn’t bench over 235 for 1 rep due to bad elbow pain while lowering the weight. My fiancé found these elbow wraps and I decided to give them a shot last night. They completely done away with my elbow pain. I was able to focus on my lift instead of the pain that had been stopping me. I worked my way up to 235 for reps and decided to try 255. I planned for a 1 rep max just to see if I could get it. 255 felt light and I ended up getting an easy clean 4 reps. These elbow wraps are a great tool for anyone serious about lifting and experiencing elbow issues.
