Apparently I can return this within 30 days only. But how do I know if it really works when I can only use it once a week and it takes longer than 30 days to find out if it really works? I put one star down because I don’t know if it really works. By the time I find out if this works, the 30 days will be long over. So far, I have not seen any improvement of hair removal on my face. I have fine and light hair and it should be working by now.

I have suffered with chin and upper lip hair due to having PCOS. I would have to shave and pluck EVERY DAY!! I had tried professional laser treatments for almost a year and it worked ok, but took at least 3 treatments before I saw any.improvement. was told it does mot work on all hair types and skin tones so it ended up being a decision to stop due to cost and it wasnt working like I had hoped. I read reviews on this product and it said it works on my hair type (dark, grey and course) and skin tone. I got my product within in 2 days and, of course, tried it immediately. I do have to say I AM PLEASANTLY surprised and EXCITED!! I followed the instructions provided and it was easy to set up and use. It has different intensity levels so made it easy to do a trial spot. With that being said, I ended up on level 2 to start and I saw MAJOR improvement within a few hours. I had SEVERELY inflammed in grown hair bumps and after one treatment I no longer have bumps or even have to shave this morning. I HIGHLY recommend this product over paying the high cost of professional treatments!!

I used this every 3 days and there was no decline in hair after 7 weeks. Beware, if you use it on too high of a setting or too often, you can burn the delicate skin on your face. So, follow the instructions and I hope it works for you.

Bought this twice; once for me and another as a gift. I loved how it worked when I first started using it. I wanted to get a third one as another gift and realized they came out with a 2.0 version so I decided to get that one and it works even better! Def recommended, I’m excited to see the progress as I keep using them.

The media could not be loaded. It would have been nice if there was a tutorial to show how to use this device. It does however come with the user guide. I was able to understand a little on how to use the device. There is a power button that should be pushed once for the device to turn on. The power button also serves as an intensity button where you can select the intensity level that you want. It is best to start off at the lightest intensity, if this is your first time using something like this. That's exactly what I did since it is my first time using this. Your skin should be clean and free of any lotions or Oils. Before you start, it is recommended that you shave the area that you want to treat to make sure there are no grown hairs on it. I place the flash window which is the front part of the device that has the lamp tube onto my skin and then I am able to push the pulse button. A bright light will Flash and you'll hear a small zap noise. Do not look into that light as it is really bright and use the provided sunglasses that comes with the device. I could also feel a small warm sensation so I'm guessing if you put the intensity level on high you'll be feeling a much more hotter temperature. But that is something that I have to build my tolerance up to. So far I've tried this on my arm and it was pretty painless and quick to use. So far I've used this on stamp mode and that is where I have to manually click to zap. Then there is a glide mode that you can activate where you just swipe the device and it zaps on its own and once you lift it, so the bulb doesn't overheat, you place it back onto the skin and glide again and it zaps on its own. I will have to update on when or if I start seeing any sort of result.

Used this product as directed and did not help with hair growth on my face. Stopped working after eight months.

I've been using for three weeks now but haven't noticed that it is really working.....giving it more time....

There is a significant difference after just one application to my face.
