Act! Pro v20 (2018) DVD

Be aware - if you purchase ACT! from a third party vendor, ACT! will not support it. That said, Tech Benders seems to offer better support than ACT ever did.

I had some difficulties when I started using ACT! Pro Ver 20. In desperation I contacted Tech Benders and they were TERRIFIC! Thanks to Karen Fredricks of Tech Benders, I am now up and running without a problem. If you are having problems, don't waste your time trying to figure it out.. I recommend that you contact Tech Benders. They can resolve your problems, teach you what you need to know and get you back on track and up to speed.

This is version 20 and the program is clunky and not easy to navigate. Not useful and I have removed it from computer and write the expense as not doing the appropriate research. When I called the company to get some guidance, they were quick to point out I needed to sign up for added services. I would not recommend the program.

I've been using Act! since 1996 and this is the first time it has worked on everything right out of the box (without adding any patches). Swiftpage seems have addressed several long outstanding gaps in earlier versions such as ability to handle Microsoft Office (2010, 2013 and 2016) 64 bit.I hope that they continue to sell stand alone versions of Act! (although it is getting increasingly expensive). I hate to hand over all my personal information to "the Cloud" (aka Google or Evernote).

I installed it and it rendered any software that uses SQL Server useless. I had to restore my computer to an earlier date from a external backup. System restore could not fix it and I have not been able to use ACT since. Database could not be restored.

Purchased single user 1-time purchase SwiftPage Act! v20 to upgrade from Sage Act 2011. Best Business Strategies consultant, Allen Byard is a real expert and was very helpful to install the software on my Desktop and Laptop, synchronized them for a nominal fee. SwiftPage Act! is working fine up to this time (6 weeks). I would update my experience with SwiftPage Act! in future

I used this program dating back over a decade. I have ACT 2011, of which I purchased 4 physical copies and licenses. I have kept using it even though it's out of the support phase because it does what I need it to do. I don't need "support." I just need a glorified rolodex.At the end of 2018, Sage stopped allowing you to reinstall the program if you needed a new computer. The program YOU PAID FOR! They claim that the third party software licensing agreement ended and that the key can no longer be validated. Their only solution is to sell you a new version. The worst part is that if you are running multiple licenses, you must upgrade ALL the licenses at $300 each. You can't just upgrade the one workstation you need to replace. They are essentially forcing upgrades at $300 per workstation.I will never deal with this company again. Do yourself a favor and go over to salesforce, redtail, or one of the many others. This type of practice is dishonest and unethical. I will not trust my data to this company ever again.

Works well. No problems at all. Migrated from an earlier version. And swiftpage did above and beyond any expectations.
