This I feel for the price is decent bench.Pros; very well built ,and powder coated,I like that.Has a lot of functions.Can hold a good amount of weight.Instructions are easy,very easy to follow on build.Cons: I'm 6 ft tall,the bench to low for complete legg extension.My solution raised the bench up 4 inches on 2×4s I cut.I felt the bench wasn't long enough for me .My solution,I added a piece of 3inch very heavy steel that I drilled 2 holes in length is perfect now .I read a lot of reviews where people said the fly machine part was useless.Its not it works in the elevated bench position 1up,and 2up.Fine.In flat Position the fly machine works mostly bi- ceps.Xddias as a company do themselves a great service,and sell way more benches if they had user videos on exercises or a booklet.The bench for the price is the best quality in that price range.Yes I did a few modifications was worth it.I use the bench every other day ,is helping me get in better shape just since Jan.2024.4stars I rate it.i would give 5 stars if they had a video on exercises with this 6 in One bench.

I purchased several of these benches and donated them to a local youth activity center. The feedback has been very positive. The benches are sturdy, well-designed, and versatile enough for different training needs. They were easy to assemble and have been holding up well with frequent use by teenagers. Great quality for the price, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

This weight bench feels solid and sturdy once assembled. It holds up well during workouts and doesn’t wobble, even with heavier weights. So, got this unit to replace a thirty-plus year old bench unit that was slowly breaking apart. Could get this one for $180 including tax, so decided to give it a try. Contrary to all the nit-pickers who gave it poor reviews, I found that the bags containing the hardware for the various steps of assembly were well labeled, contained exactly the hardware needed for the step and the instructions were decent. The on-line assembly video was also helpful. Others complained that the bench did not come with the barbell and weights pictured in the ad and the weights required for the bench were two-inch, sometimes called "olympic". I mean really, what did they expect for the money? Also, in the ad for the bench it clearly states no barbell and weights are included and the weight hole diameter is two inches. Got to admit I got stung by the latter and had to get some new weights, but it was my fault. I'm about 5'9" and found the dimensions of the unit to be OK, but can understand why some of the taller reviewers may have had problems with things like the leg extension and other exercises, check some of the reviews. Lastly, a couple of very basic wrenches come with the bench, but all of the nuts are lock nuts and a bit difficult to assemble using those wrenches. I have a metric socket set that helped much with the assembly, so hopefully you have one or can borrow a set.
