Bowls are just fine, and yes they are small, coconuts aren't that big, I don't see what people are unfeasably expecting. However, beware the utensils, I don't know if it's the wood, or the lacqour or whatever on it, but they STING! Yes, they friggin hurt! I've tried scrubbing them to get whatever is on them off, but they still stink and sting any sensitive area of flesh it touches. What the heck are the utensils? Stinging nettle stalk? Whyyy?

Arrived in 2 days with cute packaging. We have loved these bowls. We use them daily for smoothies. My kids are eating smoothies now too, with all kinds of toppings! We also use them for a lot of plant based recipes I make. I told my husband that I want to start buying these for friends/family as wedding gifts, birthday gifts, etc. The wooden spoons and forks are a nice addition and make eating just a little more fun.

These are beautifully crafted. Lightweight, can sit in the palm of your hand for convenience and ease. Summery, tropical, organic, natural, easy to clean and maintain. However, there's always one part of the rim of a coconut bowl that is thinnest of the rest and fragile. Only one of my bowls, due to careless handling on my part, has a small crack (on the rim only) that in no way hinders its use.I use that bowl for cereal, oatmeal, salad and warm dinner with no problems.Oil the bowls and wooden utensils with coconut or flax oil after every wash just as you would your skin with coconut oil or shea butter after a shower. Dry gently with a towel before oiling it. Be kind towards the bowl, the coconut, a blessing from our beautiful earth.Having these makes me appreciate food more. The portion control of these is perfect. The bowls are about the capacity of an average stomach. Limit meals to this size daily, 6 whole food meals a day, and you will be slim all year round.Eat slowly and you'll feel full sooner. You can also use the 2 bowls as a chips and salsa set for movie night or a picnic. 1 bowl has chips the other salsa.Looks amazing for themed parties or home decor. Looking forward to taking better photos with them at outings and around the world.
