Love it
This compact music player is a total win! It’s small, lightweight, and super cute—perfect for tossing in a pocket or clipping on for jogs. Despite its size, it delivers clear, solid sound and easily connects to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. I love that it supports both Spotify and Amazon Music, so I can stream my favorite playlists without needing my phone. The interface is simple to use, and the battery life holds up well for long runs. It’s exactly what I needed for workouts and outdoor activities. If you want a convenient, stylish music solution, this one is absolutely worth it.

Mighty piece of garbage
Update: My son was able to get it to complete the update sequence on his phone. And now it will update from my app on my phone. I've had it almost a year and with a lot of time and effort, I can get it to work. But every 30 days, it forces me to reconnect because it doesn't recognize my Spotify membership. Says it's a 30 day trial. So it won't play my music. Then I reconnect and download updates, and it won't recognize it. 30 minutes later, I still haven't gone on a run, because I'm monkeying around with this stupid thing. Eventually, with reconnecting and repeating it will work, if you have time to spend on it.Don't waste your money. Find something else. I cannot believe how expensive this thing is. I think that is the only reason I kept trying to make it work. The Mighty 3 is a mighty piece of garbage. I was initially able to get some playlists downloaded from my Spotify account. However, they could not be very large. Then it kept promoting me to initiate an update, which I did. During the update it would just freeze on step 3 and never complete the sequence. So I went to the company's troubleshooting page and walked through all their recommendations: uninstall the app, reinstall the app, turn it off, turn it on, blah blah blah. It still wouldn't update. The last resort was a factory reset. So I did that. And now it doesn't work at all. When I contacted the company, they want me to videotape it not working at all and send them the video. Not sure I'm willing to spend anymore time on this, especially when I don't feel confident they will make good on their warranty promise. Also, to video it's inability to function with the app on my phone, I need to involve someone else to take the video. So nothing about any of this is convenient. If only I could find a use for a little plastic square with a blinking light that does absolutely nothing. Also, I spent 125.00 on this piece of junk.

Love it!
Such a cute little device that’s easily portable and durable for when I exercise. Small enough that I can throw it into a fanny pack, clip onto my shirt or backpack and the strength of the clip is strong enough that I don’t have to worry about it falling off. I feel like the battery lasts a decent amount of time and it easily connects to my earbuds via Bluetooth without a problem! I love that I can easily switch music without having to pull out my phone as well. I haven’t used this product for that long, but so far so good!

Too many issues with both Internet/Spotify and and Bluetooth
Update: Support has been good and I have been providing details on the issues I am having. I even tried to go to a different WiFi hotspot as well as use my Phones hotspot but I continued having connection issues and it keeps disconnecting from wifi/internet. Also, it even disconnected many times from Bluetooth. After finally being able to download the upgrade and a add few songs (which was way to slow to sync), I then tried to connect with my Bose QC1 Earbuds and got a lot of noise out of the left channel.. They did work with the Bose QC2 but I use the QC1when exercise so, that's just too many issues for one little device. Its possible my ISP owns part of the issue but they certainly did not cause the Bluetooth noise issues So, returning the product as defective and will not bother with trying a replacement. Its also possible I just have a defective device (i.e. bad wifi/blutooth radio in the device?) but I spent too much time with this thing already and I don't want to keep testing their product (unless I get paid ;).Honestly, I’ve never had this much trouble connecting a device and getting it to work. I have many IOT type devices and some were a bit of a pain but once working, they worked well. Not this device! After initially trying to set up the device, it keeps trying to download and perform a software update, but this keeps failing saying I have a poor connection, which is not the case because I checked with my router, and I have a strong WiFi connection with the mighty 3. Unfortunately you can’t skip this upgrade so it just keeps asking me over and over if you wanna upgrade after it fails I was able to attempt to sync some playlist but it took way too long and never finished so I don’t know what’s going on with this device. I’m gonna have to return it, but I will reach out to support and see what they say But if this is any indication of quality, this thing is just no good.
