The LifeStraw filtered water jug is a solid choice for those looking for clean, great-tasting water on a daily basis. The filter does an excellent job of purifying water, leaving it tasting fresh and clear, without any of the usual aftertaste from tap water or bottles. It’s incredibly easy to use and does a great job of reducing contaminants, making it a reliable option for everyday hydration. My only real disappointment is the container itself—while functional, it’s not made of glass, which would have been a nice touch. A glass design would have felt more premium and sustainable compared to the plastic construction. Nevertheless, the jug is durable and does the job well, making it a great investment for improving your water quality without the need for single-use bottles. I am a picky water drinker and prefer bottled water but this tastes great and I approve!

We love the design of this pitcher and the water tastes great! Unlike other reviewers, we have had no issue with the speed of filtering and for our family of two this was the perfect size. Unfortunately, we have only been using it for just over a month and it has developed small cracks in the plastic all along the bottom. This has led to slow leaks which has left our counter constantly wet. We are disappointed. We haven’t been careless with it, so the cracks have happened with daily use of picking it up, filling a glass, and putting back on the counter. I wonder if the glass model with the silicone bottom would avoid this problem? It really is too bad because we loved everything else!

I like this water filter because there are very few filters on the market that can filter out micro plastics... I would definitely recommend.

Honestly, the shape of this jug is a bit silly. not sure if it has something to do with the filtration system, but it's ridiculously tall and gets really narrow at the top so it takes up a lot of space and could hold several more ounces of water. The water tastes great though. The set up was easy. I don't hate it, but I live in a tiny home and fridge space is not something to be wasted.

The plastic came cracked & scratched but I was able to return it. I did not even try to use it so this is just based on quality.
