So delicious and fresh-tasting!
These soybeans are truly premium whole soybeans! I have already made 3 batches of soy milk from just ONE bag of soy beans! And my second order just arrived today! They are just so delicious! Here's a foolproof recipe - - rinse 1 1/2 cups (250g) of soybeans VERY thoroughly under cold running water - soak soybeans in cold water for 4-6 hours (4 hours when the weather is warm, 6 hours when the weather is cold) - after soaking for 4-6 hours, rinse soybeans VERY thoroughly under cold running water - use 10 cups (2400ml) of cold water to blend the soybeans. If you have a slightly smaller blender, split it into 2-3 batches and blend - strain the blended mixture using a nut milk bag/cheesecloth - heat strained milk over medium high heat while constantly stirring the milk, and scooping up any foamy bubbles - bring milk to a bubbling boil, and then continue to let the mixture boil for an extra 2-3 mins to get rid of any raw or earthy taste - turn off heat, remove pot, and let the milk cool down to room temperature. That's all! Rinsing the soybeans very thoroughly and making sure that you continue to cook the milk for an extra 2-3 mins after a bubbling boil are the two most important steps to ensure your soy milk doesn't taste nasty or weird. *I did not peel the beans after soaking them I hope this helps! P.S. the expiry date for the soybeans that I received was 15 October 2019

Milk was terrible
Not sure if it was something on my behalf, but it's pretty simple. Soak beans, peel, blend and boil down. After the extensive work I put in peeling each soybean(lol it wasn't too bad but very time consuming)and allowing my milk to chill. When I got to finally drink some it was utterly disgusting. The taste of the milk was so horrible. I mean I couldn't drink it horrible, had to toss it down the drain. Now I'm stuck with the rest of the bag of these soybeans and not willing to try again just thinking of how time consuming it is just to have some really bad soymilk. So disappointed. I did boil it down for quite a while trying to achieve a sweeter milk, but it was just bad.

Excellent Tasting Soy Milk! Great for Plant Based Protein!
I just received my first order today and immediately made Soy Milk in my Soy Milk Maker. The taste was excellent! There was no after taste, and the soy milk is very smooth! Great for my vegan diet!
