Armitron Adventure Men's AD/1012YLBKBK Luminous Dial Black Silicone Strap Watch

This new Armitron adventure watch is very rugged and waterproof, perfect for those outdoor adventures in which I plan to get wet such as kayaking or even water parks. It is also good for those who work outside in all types of weather, or even for working in the yard or garden. One of the best things is that the band is so light and comfortable that I hardly know i have it on. I like the yellow/black design and the easy-to-read dial. The design is definitely for outdoor types, with a mountain design on the dial and the word 'adventure' on both the dial and band.

i love this watch but in less than two weeks it was broken....

There's not a lot to say about the Amitron Adventure watch. It's a watch, without much in the way of bells and whistles. But I find it both attractive (with its yellow face) and comfortable to wear. The watch face is clear and easy to read. And the watch claims to be water resistant to 100 meters, though I have not tested that claim. I'm happy to wear this watch and recommend it.

Not waterproof at all. This watch broke and has obvious water damage only after a month or so. I’d like a refund but I probably waited to long to write this review.

It is not a bad watch, BUT the luminous hands are the same color as the luminous face. It is impossible to tell the time in a low-light environment without a flashlight. If I have a flashlight then I don't need a watch with luminous hands. If I could open the watch I'd take a black marker and color the hands so that they'd stand out against the luminous face, BUT then the watch would no longer be water-resistant. I use it only as a weekend, during the day watch.

cheap feeling watch that died within 2 months.

This was just an okay watch. There is nothing fancy about it and honestly the band felt a little cheap and plasticky when I put it on. It would definitely make for a good outdoor work watch, when you wouldn't want something nicer to get banged up. For what it's worth, it was packaged nicely.
