Better than ice!
Love this product. Instantly cold and stays cold for hours! This has been a life saver several times over!

I wish I would have known about this a long time ago.
On the enough I bought this by accident thinking it was a different product, turn out to be the best mistake Ive ever made..Very comfortable, is great for lower back when in a chair. Highly recommend.

Best hot/cold wrap out there.
I suffer from neck and back problems and this ice pack is the best I've used so far. I first saw this at my chiropractor's office and have fallen in love since. I've purchased several and have tried some of their other ice packs as well. This one is the larger size and is perfect for me--I think the smaller size would be good for kids or smaller necks. Some have criticized how heavy it is but that allows it to maintain it's size when laying on it and holds the cold longer.

Superior Neck Roll
Excellent neck roll. Holds heat well. Easy to heat in the microwave.I purchased my first ElastoGel product from my physical therapist. I subsequently found out that the company made other shaped cold/heat packs. I’ve purchased several different sized packs.A great item to have in your medicine cabinet!

Keeps the cold
I haven't used this product for heat yet but when I freeze it, the coldness seems to maintain for many hours throughout the night. Offers great pressure and support on the neck. I have a reverse curve in my neck and have to 'mold' the curve back into my neck. This offers good resistance and temperature to make the process more comfortable.
