Alive & Well
The ottos arrived alive and healthy and are now happily munching on algae. Getting them from Amazon was much easier than trying to find them locally.

Ok
All 3 were very thin on arrival. 2 had some white spots on them, 1 of those had bulging eyes, and was very lethargic. I looked in on them for several days in quarantine before the worst looking 1 died. It started going through spells of swimming and floating. The other 2 fattened up but that 1 didn't at all. The 2 that survived are well now. I messaged the seller, and received a timely response, and a refund for the 1 that died.

Kind of disappointed
I want to start off by explaining that I have three very happy and thriving otocinclus fish in a 20g tank. I order three more because I wanted to increase the school size. All fish arrived moving. However, within 15 mins of temperature acclimation (still in the bag) one stopped moving and passed away. One of the fish has a white spot on its head and the other has popeye. So now I’m treating them with antibiotics. I was so excited because I had read so many positive reviews and was then disappointed with the injured fish I received. I hope they both make it. I like the concept of buying fish online, but I’ll stick to buying them locally, even if I have to wait weeks for them to be in stock.

Survivability trouble.
Unfortunately I received one that was DOA. Seller was quick to refund. That process was rather hassle free. 2nd did not last long into acclimatization. He passed shortly after being placed into a secondary container to start the process. 3 survived a couple days and looked to going strong. However was not gaining weight and passed this morning. Not all to blame on seller. Will work with local stores moving forward to avoid needless death though.

Great Seller: Arrived Promptly and Healthy
This is the first time I've ever had to order fish online, since our local shop has closed.I received 4 Ottos (1 extra) of varying sizes. The packaging was impressive and secure, and I'll admit, difficult to open. Ensuring that these little guys had a safe trip. I followed the sellers advice on acclimating them to my tank water. They all appear healthy and lively. They have their work cut out for them since my tank gets some sunlight and is a plant growing machine with plenty of algae. Thanks for your care and I'll be buying more fish and aquatics when the weather warms up.

Second time ordering they arrived healthy and happy!
UPDATE 8/28/24 - I purchased from this seller a second time because the price is great for having live fish shipped and even with USPS taking more than double the time to deliver than it should have (6 days) they all 3 arrived alive, healthy, and active. The customer service was also amazing this time around! I will definitely be ordering more from this seller.5/21/24 - I was not as lucky as many of you and am quite disappointed, two of the three sent did not make it and the 3rd one died shortly after I received them. Although they look bigger in the bag that is purely just the bag and the way it lays making them look larger, like others have stated these little fish are SO teeny tiny and that may have something to do with them not making it. The seller never responded to my request to have them replaced but Amazon did provide a refund.
