Q: Is this made in the USA?

No I dont believe it is. I would not buy another one like it. Mine only lasted about 8 months on a car that only gets driven once and a while. The idea of a cheap mini starter is nice, but to get a good one that will last your going to have to spend around $250 or more. I've had 2 different cheap ones, and both are junk.

Q: What is the HP on the starter ?

3hp but it’s junk. Mine died within a week of install and seller wouldn’t return or refund

Q: Will this fit a 3.1 liter Chevy v6???
