Poor quality so beware the cost of returning this item
I ordered an outside broom, but when it came it was of poor quality, with no instructions (how you fix the metal strut is a mystery). However, the cheapest cost of returning this item is £11 and the broom was £16.95! This is the FIRST bad review I’ve ever given on Amazon and I’ve been a customer from the get go and spend several thousand pounds each year. Really disappointed.

Too short to use!
Ok - if you're a dwarf😖Handle only about 3/4 normal length so you end up hunched over a short broom resulting in a bad back!"Buy cheap, pay twice"!
