Overall excellent headset for work & home/gaming.
A great headset, comes with a bluetooth dongle and allows for connections to two different devices (eg: Laptop & Cellphone), which I use to connect on PC for meetings/gaming, and then on my cellphone for music. Occasionally you get a brief hiccup in the connection, but nothing severe. The mute is a bit weird, it's not a flipswitch or press-down-able button, and there's a light on the microphone, but you just can't really see it if it's on, at least I couldn't, you just kinda trust that it did what it did and mutes you. The stand is a wee bit wonky, it takes some wiggling to get it to sit just right on the depression to charge, but if nothing else, there's a USB-C port on the headset, which is all I need. Overall, a good addition at home and in the office!

Headphones for work that can do it all, if you can find the right button.
TL:DR - TCB for work multipoint BT headphones with charging stand and an array of buttons and switches that take some time to learn.Images are to show what device a PC needs to have selected for these to work in web calls and conferencing. You can use them just fine with a PC but don't expect compatibility of buttons to translate fully. Some applications do better than others, just not the web conferencing ones which is what this headset is best able to handle. The EarBay really shine when used with one (or two) Smartphones since most actions (buttons) are designed for those platforms. Dedicated button for ending calls - left ear piece center, audio volume and playback controls - left ear piece on top rear outer rim three buttons, power - left ear piece lower edge rear, and microphone mute - left ear piece upper edge front of the earband.Charging stand glows to show it is receiving power. When putting headphone on stand there is a certain way they have to go on to charge. The stand provides plenty of tactile feedback to help slot them properly and the call button lights up - red charging and blue when done. You can also charge them without stand using a type C cable. The included dongle is already paired to the headset and will override the multipoint connections (or at least one) when in use which is nice if you need to get on a PC call quickly and do not have time to do the whole turn off other paired devices so you can pair to PC and join. Just plug in and go get on your call.Headset band is comfortable and the whole headset is lightweight (relatively) since the ear pieces are smallish. Band does not squeeze head or ears but instead may seem too loose. There are no ear cups, meaning the pads are flat and do not have the rim that covers your ears. This is a down side for some as it means your sounds leak out but working from home makes this a non-issue. The ear pads and pieces pivot so they are comfortable for extended wearing.Never had a problem with the headset running out of power during the day, even if listening to music, audiobooks, or similar between calls.

Good sound quality, great features, could be a bit more comfortable a fit
The nature of the modern working work demands having a good headset so that you can communicate clearly, have mobility, and trust that you have excellent control over your audio. This headset excels at meeting the expectations of any professional, but it does have some minor comfort issues.First off, setup for this headset is simple. Either use the Bluetooth pairing to connect without any additional equipment, or use the USB dongle to connect directly. I had no problem connecting with the Bluetooth but found that I was getting some interference. I can't say for certain it was the headset itself, but considering that using the USB dongle resulted in a more reliable sound quality, I am satisfied that there are multiple options to ensure stable audio. The controls are simple in that you can control connection, volume, muting, and playing, directly from the headset. As someone who likes to be mobile while taking calls, this is a perfect set of functionalities. And the connection is very strong. I've walked halfway across the house and upstairs without the signal cutting out at all. So, the connection is solid. One thing I really appreciate with this headset is the microphone light indicator for when your headset is muted. As my pictures show, when the headset is muted, there is a red LED light in the end that indicates the microphone is off. This is a small add-on but is great to ensure that you know for certain that your device is muted. The only big criticisms I have are in regards to comfort and docking. I tend to find that, after wearing this for more than an hour, it doesn't tend to be a bit of a tight fit. I happen to have a big head, but I've had headsets by more recognizable brands where I didn't face this discomfort, even when the headband is extended. Additionally, the rechargeable docking station is not as obvious off the bat. I actually had to reposition it a few times before figuring out how to ensure it was connecting to the base and charging. The designers could have done something more to ensure that the body forced the headset into the correct positioning.Other than those minor issues, I am very satisfied with this headset. The sound quality is great, the controls are perfect, and it does a great job in a professional situation. For the price, it is well worth checking out.

Great sound quality at this level but there are issues
This headset has great sound and the mic is very clear and crisp. It is great for the occasional call or online meeting but you would not want wear them for long periods of time.Fist, these are on ear head phones, meaning they sit on your ear and press against the cartilage of your ear to isolate outside noise. For me this causes my ears to feel sore after 20-30 mins.Second, the build quality is lacking, entirely made of somewhat delicate plastic I could see these being broken rather easily if you are not careful. They do sit on the provided stand and charge as expected which means they should always be full and ready to go when you need them.I am not sure $60 is where these should be selling, seems a bit on the high side for what you get. I would pay no more than $45 for something like this since I can't wear them for long periods.
