Good solid leather punch set, works just fine
I notice some bad reviews for these, Im not sure that we have received the same items? I found that these were really good, especially for what they cost!I bought these to make up part of my knife sheath making kit, and they have done a stellar job so far. I only regularly use two of the sizes, but i have tried them all out successfully, and have used the smaller one the resize 2 of my belts without any issues.Theres not really much else to say, they appear to be pretty well made and solid enough. I am not using them constantly granted, but I have no concerns that they would not hold out with more regular use. I don't have any criticisms at all, except I guess they could be a little longer for my preference.

Good service
Purchased to punch holes in car carpet to accommodate seat fixing bolts. Product a little light weight for the job but worked. First set despatched but not delivered; new set despatched promptly by seller - good service. First set arrived 5 weeks later; poor service from Hermes.

Perfectly adequate for home use.
Sizes and quality for home use quite adequate,just remember to use end grain of soft pine for backing block and original sharpness will last long if used for soft plastics ,rubber or leather.

This is a handy addition for tacking certain types of soft sheet material that wont work well via drill or paper punch.

Worth the money
Bought this set of punches some time ago but only got round to writing a review recently. The punches are not world beaters but they are very very good for small jobs. I have lost weight recently ( doctors orders ) and my belts are to big for me. A good belt costs about Eight to ten pounds. I sorted a punch from the pack, put a piece of hardwood on my workbench in shed, placed my belt on top of hardwood, placed punch in position on top of belt and give it a whack. I now have 4 belts that fit me. what more can I say.
