Parkland 16pc Reflective Owl-for Woodpeckers, Pigeons and Others-for Netting, Scare Tape,Scarecrows, Decoys, White

I attached the product by the hooks provided to the wire mesh round the little bird aviary we have in our garden to deter the pigeons from congregating on the driveway to eat the spilt seed. Too early to say but it would appear that only the bravest one or two have been for the seed so it seems to have frightened the majority of them away. I wrote the above review on receipt of the items but, unfortunately, they are not working. There is nothing wrong with the product itself - just that the aviary is in a shady place and only gets the sun late afternoon so no reflection most of the day to deter the pigeons - they seem to use them as mirrors for preening themselves!!!! Sadly, I think the pigeons were too used to coming for seed that nothng would stop them.

Pigeons unhappy and not speaking to me!! I put four discs up hanging in pairs on the end of the roof by my balcony where they move even in a light breeze flashing in the sun, the pigeons don't come near the balcony, even seem unsettled in the trees nearby and don't hang around. Very occasionally when the air is very still and the discs don't move, they will come to the balcony rail but never stay more than a few seconds.Don't seem to upset the other small birds which still come happily to the feeders at ground level.

Branded Parkland 16 disc making up 8 hanging bird repellents. Warning: you have to assemble! The discs each come with protective plastic coating that needs to be peeled off individually. My pack had two types of metal disc - half easy peel and the other set a nightmare to take off the plastic protective layer from manufacture process. Value ok.

They look very decorative so I have rated them 4Star but they don’t deter the birds.

Very pleased with my purchase, better quality than I thought and very versatile. You can make different arrangements with mirrors. Look very pretty when the sun light catches them. Would recommend

Didn't dter pigeons no good

I already own some of these that I bought from a different supplier. I was really pleased with the so found some more from another supplier. These ones were covered in an oil substance which made them really greasy and need to be cleaned before using. I wasn’t too impressed. They are fine now I’ve cleaned them and so the job but my first purchase was better.
