Really great product, one container typically lasts me 4-5 months. A small amount is enough to give a great hold and style and your hair doesn't feel all brittle or like plastic.

Great hold and makes hair look natural

This is a nice natural pomade. It spreads easily through my hair and gives it a nice shine. It’s just a collection of oils essentially, so it’s good for your hair but doesn’t have much hold, depending how much you use. I like to push my hair back regularly and when this product is in it doesn’t feel weird or stiff. My fingers glide through my hair with no problems. I removed 1 point because the smell is not for me. It’s not what I’d call bad, it’s just not appealing, a bit like slightly mossy wood. The smell doesn’t linger too long but it makes applying it just a bit of a chore for the first minute when you’re warming it up in your hands. Bear in mind that smell is subjective and you might love it! Also, the smell does not last and the effect of the pomade itself is awesome, and I would recommend it.

IT IS A GOOD ITEM BUT IT DOES NOTHING TO MY THICK HAIR SO I STOPPED BUYING IT. IT HAS GOOD INGREDIENTS BUT FOR ME IT DID NOT WORK BUT FOR OTHERS IT HAS. YOU CAN TRY IT AND SEE IF IT DOES WORK FOR YOU.

Not suitable for mid-length hair, makes hair very oily and does not hold any form. Avoid

The only thing that works for my curly, frizzy hair! Its expensive, but you don't need much of it and it lasts all day. With cheaper waxes and serums, you have to keep reapplying throughout the day

Smells lovely and adds a gentle texture to my hair. I'm not sure whether it would hold an 'up do' in place like synthetic chemical hair sprays, but I didn't really buy it for this purpose, so that's ok. Really pleased with it

I used it for a while but hated it. It smelled ok but my goodness does it make your hair greasy. I couldn't style it and it made my hair very limp and dull. Not only that but it made my scalp very itchy too. I threw it away. Just not my cup of tea I suppose. I was sold on the organics bit.....ah well.

Natural y eficaz, como la mayoría de productos de John Masters Organics. Es una especie de laca natural que da un acabado perfecto, incluso para cabellos finos como en mi caso.

Il y a longtemps que je recherchais une cire pour mes cheveux fins et mi-longs (homme, je laisse pousser). Apporte une tenue légère, pas de brillance et pas besoin d'en mettre trop. C'est parfait ! Ne vous fiez pas a la petite taille du contenu, pour ma part, une très petite noisettes chauffée entre les mains fonctionne.

Je cherchais un produit 100% naturel et surtout efficace. Les deux missions sont intégralement remplies. Pas de réaction allergique avec le produit et une excellente tenue dans le temps. Fixe vraiment très bien les cheveux et ne présente pas de résidus lors du brossage. Un must vous dis-je !

I wasn't sure after reading the reviews on this product but ordered it anyway because I try to have as much organic products in my life as I can afford haha. Here are my thoughts: 1. FRIZ CONTROL: I have somewhat wavy hair that frizzes really bad with humidity so I like to have a product in my hair during most of the summer months. With that said, this product seems to do very well with "controlling frizz". 2. HOLD: I would say the hold is light on this product. If you have really resistant hair shape, or are looking for a product to give you high texturing ability, this is probably not it. If you are looking for a product to give a little bit of shape and not be too "gel-like" this is probably a great fit for you. 3. SMELL: Now, this is the part of the review that people tended to vary wildly on. In my opinion the product smells "organic" like you would expect. If you are an essential oil user, it has a very herby/essential oil type smell. I will say, the smell disappears before the holding ability does, so that's good. I am personally a fan of the smell. It is definitely more on the masculine side of odor in my opinion. 4. SOFTNESS: One thing I noticed is that this product leaves my hair incredibly soft at the end of the day and also washes out extremely easy in the shower. The residue effect is MINIMAL. My wife even mentioned it made my hair seem thicker when I have it on. 5. It takes MINIMAL of the product to get the desired effect. With that said, I think this container will last me at least a few months.
