The price is better than going into a big box store. Plus, I know that they will always have it in stock. The color choice is great, and the quality is perfect. The tape is easy to remove if that is something that you need.

Since I purchased my Brother PT-D210 label maker about a year ago, I’ve used nothing but the Brother brand tapes in it. I use the labeler a lot though, and the tapes are ridiculously over-priced. I was hesitant to purchase off-brand tapes, because I made that mistake with a printer once; I bought off-brand ink cartridges that atrociously smeared and splattered, and ruined my printer. Even after replacing them with brand name cartridges, the printer never printed well again. I was tired of paying Brother’s prices though, so I decided to consider off-brands ONLY if they had an abundance of positive reviews. “Anycolor” brand had the most positive reviews of any brand I considered, so I decided to give them a try. I purchased a 6 pack that included white, red, blue, yellow, green, and silver tapes. The cost for those 6 tapes was less than the cost of a Brother 2-pack of tapes. End result: I am BLOWN AWAY by the QUALITY of these tapes! The labels are just as crisp, clear, and easy to use as the Brother tapes. I’m including photos to show that. I saw a few reviews that said these don’t stick as well as the Brother brand, or don’t peel from the backing as easily, or they had issues tightening the tape before use. I experienced NONE of these problems. As mentioned above, the Any Color tapes worked just as well as the Brother tapes I’ve purchased. I even used these labels on my coaching board for my 12U softball team. I adhered them to magnets that I used to display our lineup and player positions. I moved the magnets every couple innings, as we made position changes. They withstood an entire season of ballfield dirt, dust, and the dirty fingers of 12 players. I only had one label that started to pull up on the edge a little, at the end of the season, but that happened when I had to pull a player up from another team, and stuck a new name label over top of the original one temporarily. When I pulled it off, the original one started to come off with it. Not only are these labels just as good as Brother’s, they offer some colors that Brother doesn’t. I LOVE the silver! I will definitely continue buying Anycolor brand, and I highly recommend them. In addition to the product quality, I was impressed by Anycolor’s customer service. I had no issues or reason to contact them, but they emailed me to make sure the product was satisfactory and to see if I had any problems or questions. I did not receive any special pricing or promotions in exchange for this review. I paid full price and am giving my honest opinion.

These are great tapes and compatible with devices as listed. However, there is a small trick to make sure they work. When you unpack them and remove protective cardboard piece, cut the end flush with the feeder end. See my pics for detailed view.

So happy I was able to purchase refills from Amazon and have it shipped to me in the same day. It was so easy to install and the label is easy to peel and stick. This was so affordable compared to Sam’s Club which sells a 3 pack.

The black on white skips. Because I have to redo my labels, the cost is more. I haven't yet tried the other colors, but when I do, I'll update my review.
